Spring cable conduit

This series of spring sleeves is not a simple coiled tube, but is precisely manufactured with a three-layer composite structure, where each layer synergistically delivers extreme performance:

  • Outer Layer (Black Polymer Jacket): Made of high-strength, wear-resistant PVC\PP\PA6\PE\TPE\TPEE. Extruded and tightly coated over the armored layer, it provides excellent insulation, weather resistance, and UV resistance, preventing the metal layer from rusting.
  • Middle Layer (Spring Armored Framework): Made of high-carbon steel strip or stainless steel strip. Formed by precision equipment through spiral continuous interlocking winding to create a high-strength metal skeleton. This gives the sleeve extremely high compressive, tensile, and torsional strength, ensuring it does not deform under complex working conditions.
  •  Inner Layer (Optional Extruded Plastic Liner): Can be made of PE\POM\PTFE\PA\PBT, etc. Closely fitted to the inner wall of the metal, it significantly reduces the friction coefficient between the control cable and the metal wire, protecting the inner core steel wire and greatly extending the service life.
